    Relaunch of Composites for Europe postponed to 2021

    Composites for Europe, which was due to take place in Stuttgart from November 10 to 12, has been rescheduled to November 9 to 11, 2021, due to the ongoing effects of the Covid 19 pandemic. The decision was made after numerous discussions with industry and partners, who were in favour of postponing the fair. This was mainly due to the current business situation in the composites industry and the uncertainty regarding existing international travel restrictions.

    From the water cab of the future to building materials made of flax and a trumpet - from November 10 to 12, Composites for Europe will bring together the concentrated wealth of ideas from the composites industry at the Stuttgart trade fair grounds. "Especially in these challenging times, it is important to experience innovations and solutions directly.     Sea Bubbles: The taxi of the future floats on Composites for Europe

    They are fast, futuristic and made of composites: "Sea Bubbles" are the names of the hydrogen-powered water taxis developed by the Frenchman Alain Thébault together with the Swede Anders Bringdal. The name "Bubbles" is to be taken quite literally and refers to the drop shape of the vehicle. In addition to its special shape, it is also impressive for its environmental friendliness, because the Sea Bubbles float emission-free on foils on stilts half a meter above the water.

    On June 1, the network of the Composites Germany trade association was expanded by the accession of Leichtbau Baden-Wuerttemberg (Leichtbau BW). "What belongs together comes together.
